Upload your photos to us online and/or send us your photographs in the mail
Step 3
In 2-3 days from the time we receive your photos, you will receive an email with the link to your online mosaic preview requesting your approval to print your mosaic
Step 4
If you approve your mosaic right away, you will receive it within 5-7 business days.

From the time that we receive your photos, it takes 2-3 days to create your mosaic and make your online preview available to you. We will send you an email when it's ready. Once you approve the online preview, you should expect to receive your mosaic print through UPS within 5-7 business days (unless you pay for express shipping). Some custom products may take longer to deliver, so please check our pricing page for specifics.

Absolutely! You can send us your photographs and we will scan them to digital for you. We will then send them back to you once we are done adding them to the mosaic. In addition, we will burn them to CD and include that in your return picture package. You can also upload your digital pictures to us after placing your order, using our step-by-step instructions. If sending pictures to us for scanning, please know we will take very good care of them for you and will handle them as if they were our own. You will need to identify which picture you would like as the main mosaic picture.

We include the use of up to 200 photos in our online pricing. You can certainly send us more than 200 photos to include in your order, just make sure to select the correct option when ordering as additional fees will apply.

You have three choices to send us your photos:

1) You can upload them through our website, using our step-by-step instructions. This is the quickest way to get us your digital pictures. We want to make this process as easy for you as possible, so don't be intimidated by uploading your pictures. We will guide you the whole way.
  
2) You can burn them to a CD and send them to us at the address below.
  
3) You can send us your photographs and we will scan them to digital for you.  We will send them back to you when your mosaic ships. We will also include a CD with your scanned pictures on it. If you are sending pictures to us for scanning, please know we will take very good care of them for you.

Since we use technologically advanced fade-resistant inks and Premium Photographic Paper, your prints will have a lifespan of over 100 years when framed under glass. The glass framing will ensure a scratch-free life and reduced photographic aging of your mosaic.

You bet we can! Pretty much the only thing that will limit the size of your mosaic is your imagination! Yes. We output our mosaics at 300dpi (full scale) in both RGB and CMYK color formats so that you can use them for both print and web applications. In addition, if you order a digital file of your mosaic, we will release full reproduction rights to you. For any of our standard online mosaic sizes, we charge an additional $200 to send you the digital file of your mosaic. You can order this on our Pricing page.
